"Packed nicely, but the box could be tougher"
My light fixture showed up packed really well, honestly. There was plenty of padding and nothing was rattling around inside. The outside box did have a dent on one corner, but luckily the fixture itself was totally fine. I’m happy with the shipping overall, but whoever runs this should probably use a stronger outer box next time.

I ordered a light fixture and ended up getting a different finish than the one I picked. They did get back to me, so that was good, but you still end up dealing with the hassle and waiting longer than expected. Annoying overall.

"Getting an answer shouldn’t be this hard"
I tried emailing twice about my order and never got a real response. I also called, but the phone just kept ringing and no one ever followed up. I get that places get busy, but when a customer just needs a basic update, it shouldn’t be this difficult

Installing it was simple, honestly. The directions could’ve been a little clearer in a few spots, but I was still able to get it done without too much trouble.

Trying to do an exchange was frustrating. It felt like there were way too many hoops to jump through for something that should be simple. The whole process gave me the impression they care more about holding onto your money than actually making the customer experience easy

They did end up fixing the issue, so I can’t complain too much. That said, the replies were slower than I personally expect when dealing with warranty support. It was okay overall, just not the quickest experience.

"Decent light, but not perfect"
I ordered a bathroom light from capitallightingfixture.com, and it showed up in decent condition. The style was close to the photos online, so you at least feel like you’re getting what you picked out.
Shipping did take longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get many updates unless I went and checked myself. It wasn’t a huge deal, but you start wondering what’s going on after a while.
The fixture works fine and looks nice enough in the bathroom, but for the price, I was expecting the whole process to feel a little smoother. Overall, it was okay, just not something I’d call amazing

I don’t know why, but I was expecting the lights to look a lot more modern. Most of the designs felt kind of old and boring to me, and I just couldn’t find anything that matched the style I wanted for my house.

"Easy to browse, though a bit slow"
I was shopping around for a few light fixtures and overall the site was easy to use. The categories actually made sense, so I didn’t have to click through a million pages to find what I wanted. A couple of pages did load slower than I expected, and I wish the filters were a little more helpful. I did reach out once and support basically said something like, “Try narrowing it down by category first,” which did help a bit. Not perfect, but still a smooth shopping experience.

The prices looked okay at first, and I figured I was getting a decent deal, but after looking a little closer, some of the fixtures felt overpriced. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them without comparing more options first

I really wish the shipping details were clearer from the start. Before placing an order, I want to know what’s actually going on with delivery times, tracking, and any possible delays. It’s hard to feel confident when that info isn’t easy to find

"Arrived damaged, unfortunately"
The package showed up beat up, like it had been tossed around a warehouse all day. I opened it on my kitchen counter while my coffee was still sitting there, and sure enough, the fixture was cracked. The box was smashed on one side too, so I’m not really surprised. Definitely disappointing.

"Info on the page didn’t match the actual light"
I ordered this light because the product page said it took a specific bulb size, but when it arrived, it was totally different. The weird part is the light itself seems fine, and I don’t completely regret buying it, but the listing was frustrating. Even the specs and photos didn’t seem to match up, so I ended up having to contact support just to figure out what was actually correct. It’s not the end of the world, but it also kind of is when you’re buying based on those details. The product pages definitely need to be updated.

"Showed in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I ordered a light because the site said it was in stock, and I was counting on getting it without any hassle. A few days later, I got an email saying it was actually backordered, but there wasn’t even a clear date for when it would ship.
that was annoying for me. I feel like if something says it’s available, it should actually be available, because now my time got wasted and I have to start looking for it somewhere else.

"Feels cheap for the price"
I was disappointed with this fixture. Right out of the box, it felt lightweight and flimsy, especially around the edges and mounting parts. For what it cost, I expected something a lot sturdier and better made.

"I’ve been checking the tracking for days now..."
I’ve been checking the tracking for days now and it basically tells me nothing. First it was just “label created,” then maybe “in transit,” but it feels like the same blank update over and over. I kept thinking maybe it would suddenly move, like sometimes packages do, but nope. I emailed to ask where the order actually was and the reply didn’t really answer anything. It’s just frustrating because you pay for something and then you’re left guessing, and I don’t know, it’s not like I expected magic, just a real update. Still don’t have my order, and I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Good selection, but not quite enough variety"
They had a lot of lights to choose from, but a lot of them felt similar, which seemed kind of unnecessary. I was hoping for more different styles, so it was decent, just not quite what I needed.
